Re: Creased/Wrinkled Printing

I called tech support, first guy didn't do much just gave me a ref. I rang again a week later and this guy gave me a swap out reference, got email confirmation for this one... This was on Friday so just waiting for the swap to happen now.

Creased/Wrinkled Printing

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10

Hi all,

Recently got my first Xerox printer after decades of HP - been impressed until it has now started messing about.

All pages being printed are printing with the same crease/wrinkle that runs from just off centre left of the bottom of the page to about 2/3 up the centre of the paper. I've followed the available troubleshooting and no joy.

The same happens when I manually feed the paper and the same still happens when I open the rear door for output.

Is there a way to open up the printer to check the rollers etc? No clue how to get inside a Xerox and it doesn't seem obvious. I've searched online and I can't find anything.

Thank you
