You’re welcome. Also make sure you are using the correct grain (short/ long).

Yep that was it, I am running 300GSM with 92 wht.   Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the info, I will look into it.  It jams at the finisher 1a.  Yes it will not fold either.

Where does it jam? If the stock is too thick it wont duplex or fold. Check your 7775 documentation to see what the maximum weight is for folding.

Hello,

 

I am trying to have a planner I made in pdf print in booklet form.  The issue is when I load the Cover stock it jams every time.  If I just use regular paper it will print fold and staple no problems.  Any suggestions??
