Creating a Planner on a Xerox 7775 with professional finisher

Jump to solution

Hello,

I am trying to have a planner I made in pdf print in booklet form.  The issue is when I load the Cover stock it jams every time.  If I just use regular paper it will print fold and staple no problems.  Any suggestions??

Thanks in advance,

Dave

Where does it jam? If the stock is too thick it wont duplex or fold. Check your 7775 documentation to see what the maximum weight is for folding.

Thanks for the info, I will look into it.  It jams at the finisher 1a.  Yes it will not fold either.

You’re welcome. Also make sure you are using the correct grain (short/ long).
