Creating and merging an overlay file

Product Name: AltaLink C8130 / C8135 / C8145 / C8155 / C8170 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

Hi

Hope someone can help, we currenty use a competetitors equipment but we have the option of creating an Invoice/sales/order delivery note overlay file file with all our details on which we can then select when printing just the details from on our sage system. have spent the last few hours trying to find the otion on our C8135. can anyone point me in the right direction?
