Hello barmyprints,

Here are the steps to print on custom paper size. If that doesn't help, you may need to unisntall and reinstall with the Xerox print driver.

Custom Paper Size

Product Name: VersaLink C8000 Color Printer
Operating System: Windows 11

Sorry if this has been posted before i have recently brought a new windows desktop i my printer works fine on it only when i come to print a custom papersize it does not show in the drop down menu to alter it as it did on my last pc maybe im doing something silly but really could do with help on this
