Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at this article about creating custom paper sizes. If you do not see the "other size" option in the drop down in your driver please uninstall the driver reboot your PC and reload the driver. If you still have the issue please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

I'm wanting to create a custom paper size in the print preferences however there is no option to do this. All I get is the pre installed sizes with no options to add a new size.
