The problem may be caused by the paper.  Here is a link to the paper specs for that printer.

Trying to print a 9" x 6" coated 3 piece out of tray 5 bypass and it keeps getting stuck trying to go through the paper path to the fuser. It actually stops in the registration roller part. I have tried other trays and they don't work either. I am also using the heavyweight paper fuser. Any help would be appreciated. This is on a Color 550.
