Re: Custom Size Printing

Why not? What is the fault? It will probably only load it in one orientation, so if it fails to work as 162mm*117mm try 117mm*162mm

Custom Size Printing

Product Name: ColorQube 8900
Operating System: Windows 10

Please help. I am trying to print on paper which is 16,2x11,7 cm (I live in Italy) but when I place the paper in the bypass feed tray, I cannot enter those dimensions, although the user manual specifies that this size is within the accepted dimensions. Any advice? I have the latest driver installed.

Thank you in advance.
