Custom paper size V4 driver

V4 is still a work in progress, Custom Paper hasn't yet been implemented.

No ETA has been provided from MS or any of the V4 partners as far as I am aware.

Hi,

where I can find the option to add custom paper size like V3 driver?

I'm trying to switch to V4 driver but for certain jobs we also need to add a custom paper size to adapt and I have not found this option anywhere.

Attached the window I'm referring to.
