Re: Cyan Prints only 3/4 of a line

Now I get a message from a forum moderator that my post has been rejected.  Why?

Is there something wrong with asking about a line that fades out?  Or is it that Xerox support has no answer?

If there is no answer or solution available, please let me know that.  If there is a solution, please lelt me know that?

Re: Cyan Prints only 3/4 of a line

If you're referring to the 'wand' cleaning under the drums, I've done that at least 7 times, maybe more.  Doesn't change anything, but you referred to a window glass, and I don't see any glass there.

Help?

Re: Cyan Prints only 3/4 of a line

Well, can you point me to the Cyan ROS window outer glass.  I thought I cleaned everything thoroughly, but don't know what the ROS window outer glass is or where to find it on any printer, let alone this 6605.

Thanks

Cyan Prints only 3/4 of a line

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

All colors print fine, as well as black.  Except for cyan.  The left 80% of the page (all lines) prints just fine, but there is a fade out for the last 20% of each line.  Drum replaced twice.  Transfer roller replaced.  Toner replaced twice.

A tech told me to replace the transfer belt (My $270, not his).  However, all the other colors transfer fine, and the cyan transfers except for the right 20% which transfers at about 50% of the color density it should.

Hopefully someone here can help.  I've spent days and $$$ so far.

This is a Workcentre 6605 DNI.

I will load a copy of a page if I can figure out how to do so.

The best I could do was a .jpg photo.  Hope that works.

It shows up fine in my edit, but not in the post, so I'm trying another way:

Faded
