Re: Cyan/ faded streaks on prints

Print the attached by importing it into the Fiery or the Freeflow. It is 100% CMY

If the issue is a particular drum, it will be evident in the output.

Solid black can be done by copying nothing with the lid open in a lit room (Output is solid black in a lit room)

Re: Cyan/ faded streaks on prints

this is also the latest set of prints

the colour even doesn't look rigth

like anything with yellow (green etc) the colour is a bit light

Changed the developer yesterday thinking it was that, but that doesn't seem to be the problem

Re: Cyan/ faded streaks on prints

Also I was to add I printed something black and it showed up on the black

I'm wondering if it's the black drum then?

Re: Cyan/ faded streaks on prints

Ok will try the swap with the drums. and let you know.

I'll try that for sure because we would need the drums here for Monday so would have to order from Fedex

the fuser is at 70

I'll try the yellow developer housing and see if i covered it back well

the machine is C75

thanks guys

Re: Cyan/ faded streaks on prints

When it happens to one color it is a drum, and when it is all colors it is the fuser.

So swap Cyan and Magenta drums and see if the issue follows from Cyan to Magenta, if it does, replace the defective drum.

You didn't mention a printer model

Hi,

It looks like the Cyan laser is not cleaned well. And in the Yellow developer housing are some debris.

HI there guys

Well we are having a cyan streak on our prints.

Check photos

The developer unit has been changed in magenta, we suspect it was leaking,

The yellow developer was changed just now

Cyan changed about 6 months and black abotu 10 months ago.

This just started happenign about 4 days ago

Thing is wasnt' that prevaent, so was liek let's change the yellow developer because that was the only one not changed for the year

Had technician come in and clean the Ross toner and lasers

but still same issue

Can anyone assist and pint us ina direction

And dont' show up on dark prints.
