Hi,
If it is a cyan spot, then the problem can be the cyan drum. I don't know what is the diameter of the drum, but if you measure the drum and if the value is 4,9" then you have found the source.

I have completed a 4-color drum test and observe a cyan spot on all four pages every 4.9". The drum test information says that if there is a spot on all four pages it is most likely not a drum causing the problem. Just in case, though, I pulled out each drum to check for a knick somewhere. I didn't see any visually, but I know that sometimes they can be small so I'm not totally discounting that it could be a drum.

Assuming it's not a drum, what causes a spot repeating every 4.9 inches?

I can put in a tech support call, but if it's user replaceable it's easier for me to just put it in.
