I measured the distance and got like 4.33 inches approx 110mm from the end of one mark to the next or the beginning of one mark to end of next

so I;ll change the fuser roller and see thx again

This is what I'm getting now. We were having a problem with the magenta on the paper which you suggested we change the drum. We have I did soem colour adjustment well I did the sampe magenta print and I saw a heavy thick magenta print on the paper.  I checked previous prints and realise it was there but light, mainly cause these were regular 32lb prints.

so I rant a few more and this is how it's showing up

If you realise the black has improved tremendously ( the tech reset the screws back to the original position, and I changed the NVM, so might turn the screws 4 times just to make sure) 20180809_205827.jpg20180809_204157.jpg

Hey man we tightened the screws to your settings but didnt' work so think had to go to liek 15 turns

didn't use the NVM settings yet cause the prints have improved enough

on another note

these photos check the marks opn the paper I'm wondering if that's coming from the transfer belt

yeah only show on the larger pages

20180809_191253.jpg20180809_191247.jpglet me know we had an issue with the belt once and changed it (yeah you should remember because you had tell us what the error was) then I think when was going on it wa knicked a bit.

If that's the issue now which the marking seems to be very clearer now since we adjusted the fuser

Another thing the red tint whihc started showing up is gone after changing the drum so we changed both the cyan and magenta drums must say the prints are really good with the exception of that markings, and we got tons of business cards to run

Yep still havin those unfused images

Tht's the biggest headache

because the fuser was changed in June ( I was having the issue before then) Still having them

I was able to work on some colour settings for a certain gram of paper and that has helped in other colours like red and blue not having the issue.

But it still occurs with the blacks'
