Yes, I saw that you had done that. Just wanted to give you a heads up for future reference in case you see the dispense fault later.

Also, at some point in the future, remove the black cover to expose the front of the developer housings (front gears)... look for developer/toner spilling out of the front of the housing in that area (usually happens with black, but can also happen with other colors). If you see this, there is a simple fix (not well known) to prevent this spill, but it's hard to explain without pictures. This spilled developer can get into the front gears and cause the gears lockup or strip. I mention this only to warn you to prevent damage in the future.

Hi all,

I found the problem and i fix it by replace developper housing. The plastic gear on the housing has stripping and no special error code apear. 

All work fine now.

Keep in mind...

When the developer housing locks up (as it did here), the toner from the dispense system will back up as you see in the dispense port (toner channel leading to port on develper housing). This usually results in a 93-316 (316=cyan) code being declared and the machine goes down. Usually the dispense motor fails when this happens. If you see this code in the near future, this is what happened.

To resolve the issue, the dispenser must be manually purged and the dispense motor (usually white) must be replaced (or entire dispenser (of affected color) can be replaced). The code must also be reset in diagnostics to get the new motor to run. 

You may get lucky and not have this happen, but it's rare.

Hi,

I resolved myself by order a new developer housing. I test rotation of housing in tech mode and i no gear run. The gear are broken into unit and i can ordered new unit.

Hello,
Lately the cyan toner from my printer is transferring poorly to the paper and the result is that a buildup of toner gets stuck at the entrance and also settles everywhere. See the pictures. I don't know how to fix this problem. I have tried cleaning but the problem keeps coming back and I have no improvement in the impression of CYAN. I changed the drums and also the toner container but nothing works. Hope to find a solution here.
