Re: D125 Fault Problem

Still having this fault come and go. PCBs have been replaced, cables, etc.

Does anyone have any ideas? When this bug is active, ANYTHING that causes the printer to stop printing causes this error. Things like a paper jam, running out of paper, completion of the job, hitting the interrupt or stop buttons...ANYTHING that causes the printer to stop printing and this error shows up. Like I mentioned before, this "bug" comes and goes. I might go two weeks without any error, then out of nowhere it shows back up. It's not crippling our printing, but it's a pain to power off, wait a few minutes, then go into completed jobs to figure out where I am count-wise with the job that was interrupted.

Service techs are scratching their heads on this one, so I'm just seeing if anyone on this forum has encountered this and might have some sort of fix.

EDIT: I re-read my first post in this thread. I was wrong when I said it wasn't happening during a jam. It DOES happen from a jam IF the bug is acting up during that time.

Thanks in advance...........rob
