Yes, we are having the same problem. We don't know what do to about it.

change NVM 766-528 from 1 to 0

D136 Fault code: 089-315

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

We have been getting this fault for the past couple of months, beginning with running red paper. The fault according to the technician and engineers from Xerox is for a sensor that bounces an LED light off of the page to make sure it's there and can be printed on, the fault means that the machine is registering the paper as blank space or black space that can't be printed on. The fault occurs on almost any dark colored paper or paper pre-printed with a design or border on it.

 

Engineers are apparently still working on a solution but then we started getting the fault on 3-part NCR paper where it was faulting out on the pink sheet and yellow sheet (not a dark colored paper). They came out and looked at it again and got it working but now its faulting out with the same code on 20# WHITE paper. Plain white paper. 

 

Has anyone else had issues with this? Has anyone figured out a workaround? I haven't seen anywhere anyone even talking about the D136, I know its new and we're the first in our county to get it but surely SOMEONE else has aswell??
