I have a D136 that works with printing MS documents all day but when it prints from a batching software program i get error code 060-316, which tells me to replace the compiler which i have, even gone as far to replace the entire finisher with no resolution! Current software on the box is 35.1.21 i have seen other softwares but it caused a nightmare when loaded speacily 35.0.91!!!
This does no have free flow or fiery just a standalone box with issues printing to this software product, theres a another D136 onsite that prints from the program no problem!
We have replaced PC and drivers with no success still same errors.
