Hey Guys. wonder if anyone can help

im trying to print double sided on 250gsm stock, i know i cant auto duplex but i have been trying to do it manually. the problem is if i just simply turn the page over i get a shift sideways. (i have done tray alignment) im using sra3 tray 5. so what i did was print 1 side the right way up and the second side rotated 180 degrees this gave me a near exact match but now on the second side the image has shifted about an inch down the page. i have tested this on clean paper also and only shifts like this when im loading reloaded stock otherwise the top and bottom margins are the same (ive also tried image shift and that doesnt work either). i just cant seem to fathom why its doing it - ive set the machine and fiery to the correct settings. funny thing is i did this last week on one and it worked really well. im at a loss. thanks
