Since Installing our DP700 machine, all of our Mac users (running a mix of 10.4.11, 10.5.5, 10.5.8, & 10.6.8) are reporting that when printing they are warned that the toner levels are low. The supply levels are registering at 0 for everything. The users are still able to print, but the warning message worries them, is there anyway to disable the supply levels part of the driver or some way to make it correctly report the supply levels?
