DRIVER ISSUE

Product Name: DocuColor 242/252/260
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

I have installed the driver that I used in windows 7, because the generic driver in win 10 does not give all the preferences of the printer, so the driver that has all the preferences for the printer is one that says WINXP, the problem is when I want to open the preferences in any program, it shut down the program (Adobe, Office, etc.) but when I open the preferences in control panel, it works well.

Also I have put all the allows in the security option of the driver printer

As a comment When the printer its shut down, the problem disapears, I dont know what else to do.
