Dark Spot on Cyan Print

I am having some dark spots coming out in print recently. So i checked individual colours and found out that the spots only appear on Cyan. So I changed the drum unit thinking its the obvious culprit but sadly even after changing the drum unit I am still having the spot issues. They are random size and found at random places even on same print.(3mm-4mm size). Any help much appreciated. Thanks.
