Dark colours, grey smear

Thank you for using the Support Forum. Please take a look at the tips for print quality issues. Make sure you are programing the printer for the correct type of paper / stock and that the paper/stock is a supported weight. If this does not help please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Trying to print business cards on matt paper but this machine puts a greyish background that isn't in the artwork. Secondly all colours printed are darker than how they appear on the screen. I don't have a fiery yet. Kindly assit
