Debian Liinux - Printing issue with Accounting enabled - WorkCentre 5775

Having issue with getting the accounting part working with our linux debian install.

using cups to point to a custom ppd file

Could someone assist with this issue, all the print jobs are being dropped with an invalid account code error page.

There is a customer tip that talks about editing the PPD to add accounting code to it: http://www.office.xerox.com/support/dctips/dc09cc0450.pdf.

 

If you have used the driver for Linux it also has accounting ability in it.

 

Looking at your code, it looks like you may have seen this document.  My recommendation would be to call in for further assistance as it can be very confusing.  1-800-821-2797
