Default black and white setting

Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Not Specified

Is there a default B&W setting that can easily be user adjusted on this printer please? i.e. it defaults to B&W but then the user can use the print dialogue to swap to colour if needed.
