Re: Demo page is printing with wrong colour

The Xerox logo looks like magenta. Like it's missing yellow to make the red. Try reseating the yellow drum, shake the yellow toner, and reboot the device so it can run color calibration.

Print 10 full page green images. See if it starts fading to blue or staying true green. If fading the yellow toner maybe running out

Re: Demo page is printing with wrong colour

Hello, the imaging  unit has been rated for 60K prints. I've only put a total 8K through the printer. Is that still advisable? Thanks.

Demo page is printing with wrong colour

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello,

I am having issues with how my Xerox phaser 6600dn is printing images that have the colour yellow. It only seems to be images because when I open a word document and print some yellow text, it's perfect. I am using genuine xerox toner and the total page count put through the printer is about 8000. The toner cartridges have been changed once and nothing else has been tampered with.

I suspect it has nothing to do with the drivers because when I print a demo page from the printer menu, what should be yellow comes out purple / pink as shown in the picture below.

When I print a yellow school bus from the internet, it looks like the picture below. Note how the purple replaces the yellow in geometric shapes where in the original picture it was either a darker or lighter yellow. This leads me to believe theres a problem with how the printer itself is interpretting images. What can I do to correct this? Thank you for any assistance!

I've been printing with both the PCL and PS drivers which produce the same result. My print processor is winprint raw. My OS is running Windows 10 Build 17134.
