I am trying to enable direct printing via USB on the Xerox 4250 (V_XFM config). Some documents state that this is only available on the 4250 /U config but the Xerox European product manager has confirmed that it can be done on all configs. Would you be able to advise how to get this working?
We have plugged it in to a laptop directly, installed the drivers but it won't print. An engineer has been to site but said that you can't print via USB on this model. But as the product manager has since said you can I'm hoping you can help explain how.
