It’s either happening when the image is transferred from the Transfer Belt to the paper or during fusing.
Because it is all colors with a known good cyan drum, these parts would be suspect:
CUSTOMER REPLACEABLE UNITS (CRUs)
Fuser Module - 8R12904
TECHNICIAN REPLACEABLE UNITS (CRUs)
Belt Cleaner – 604K7061
Second Bias Transfer Roller – 604K7070

I have a DocuColor 2240 and although my Color Drum Cartridges are a couple of years old, today I replaced one of the older ones (Cyan slot A2) and still getting these bands (Look like <<<<< symbols more than arrows) at the top of a letter sized paper when I print from Tray 3 or 4, I basically get them on all Trays and paper sizes. Its really bad on the first three pages of all I print, then it tends to go away after the 4th - 5th page.
Any suggestions on what needs to be replaced. The ink deposits are normal levels too.
Here is a detail of the band of arrows: One of my problems is that I do not know what to call them!
Thanks.
