Hello !

I suppose that this App is using the default printer driver to send the jobs , but if you make the default printer driver to be As Adobe PDF Printer then your application will send the jobs to the Adobe PDF Printer which will convert it directly to pdf 

in case you are not able to find the Adobe PDF Printer

Do this and then make it as a Default !

Directly sending PDF through email from a printer job

Hi,

Is there any capabilities of Xerox Work center printers of sending email containing the printer job as PDF.

I have any application which can't generate PDF on its own,but it sends files to printer, i need to print them first and then scan then I create PDF and use it as soft copy? Can we avoid printing hard copies and directly produce PDF and send it to ourself as PDF?
