Disable Banner Page

I do not have wifi.  My computer is connected via ethernet and my printer via USB.  How else can I turn off the banners?

Hi there!

By default, a banner page is printed with each print job. The banner page contains information identifying the user and job name.

The steps to enable or disable the banner sheet differ depending on how you are connected to the printer. Follow the steps in the appropriate section below depending on how you are connected.

I've looked at other replies that direct me to Job ID, but I don't have that option on my advanced printing preferences or advanced printer propertes. I'm using a USB connection.
