Disable Banner Sheet when using Google Cloud Print

Not sure, but you should probably start planning on migrating away from GCP as it's being EOL.

When printing from Chromebooks over Google Cloud Print we are unable to stop Banner Sheets from printing. In both the copiers webpage and the menus at the control panel we've made sure Print Banner Sheets and Allow Print Driver to Override are both set to No, but they still print out. Macs printing via print driver do not print the Banner page.
