Disable all color printing (CMY) on Phaser 7800

Product Name: Phaser 7800
Operating System: Windows 11

I sometimes use this printer to print just black onto printable laminate. Tracking/security dots are visible when printing onto the printable laminate. I'm under the impression that these dots are usually printed in just yellow. Ideally I'd like to disable color printing entirely when I go to print on the laminate. I've converted my documents to CMYK 0/0/0/100 and set the printer to B&W printing in the printer driver dialog but I still get the dots. Pulling the toner cartridges doesn't work as the printer will not print at all when they are missing. Any other ways to diasable color printing?
