Disable banner page print

Could someone please help me to disable banner page printing on my Mac?

Try following the directions in this link.  This will turn of Banner pages on the device.

It's disable for me, but I have the banner page again...

Can you follow the advice above from George850650-XRXN and access the CWIS page for your machine to turn banner printing off again?
