I searched the online Knowledge-base and found THIS SOLUTION and it mentions the fax print option in step 10.e.

Disable fax being printed

Product Name: WorkCentre 3215
Operating System: Windows 7
I’m trying to disable the print out function after faxes I received and receiving too many duplicate faxes and I wanna be able to just print the faxes out when I want to instead of having them print out automatically how can I do this I still receive faxes
