Disable the possibility to print from the web frontend

Thanks for the investigation. Please don't put too much effort in it. We already got the offer to switch the printers from our service provider. We will consider this option with the new printers :)

Thanks for your quick response, and sorry for my late one. Your response reached me within my vacation around christmas. Now I'm back and had the possibility to try that. But disabling these features also disables the normal printing ... even worse ... the web print is still available though.

So what did I do wrong?

Hi,

You can do it by disabling RAW TCP/IP and LPR/LPD ports under the Connectivity tab.

Hello dear Community,

Hopefully I'm in the right category. We were asked to disable the printing feature on the web frontend for the AltaLink C8030 (as it can be abused). I searched through many forums, and manuals, and I only find how do disable the banner page via the web frontend (very annoying, I already did that without the need for googling it ...) See the picture below.

Is it possible to disable that, and yes ... where in the menu?
