are you using some kind of accounting for copy too ?
if you are using XSA, then yes, you can disable usb printing too in color
goto the webinterface, properties, services, printing, choose black/white as default instead of color

Is it possible to disable the access to color printing from a USB flash drive on a Xerox WC7535 ?
the idea is to give access to B&W printing to users with a USB drive but to prevent them from printing in color mode.
