Re: Disconnected Power Cord

Hi,

Almost all the screws in Xerox machines can be handled with 5.5mm nut screw driver or with Philips+ screw driver.

Disconnected Power Cord

Product Name: Other - specify product in post
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

back of finisherback of finisher

Because of some maintenance near the back of the 550, the power cord to the finisher got kicked loose. There is a cover on the back covering the area where the power cord is connected that I can't easily get off. Everything seems loose except there appears to be a screw hold it on where the arrow is. Is there in fact a screw there, or am I just supposed to put it off with the stong tug? If a screw, is it philips or slot? I tried both -- but only very gently since I didn't want to strip the head if I was using the wrong tool.

(I've tried to load a photo, and I can see it when I edit the message, but no matter what I do it comes up as a triangle.)
