Display doesnt work

This is not a common behaviour (under 1%) andyoumust replace 948K20154.

Hello,

The display/control panel has stopped working on my C405.

I can access the 'remote control' panel and this is OK in an emergency to copy/scan.

Is this a common fault, and what part do I need to repair it?
