Thank you for using the Support Forum. I don't know if they "have" to be trained by Xerox but training is offered. TO ask about training and if it is mandatory and when the training should occur call the iGen information line at 1-800-275-9376 ext. 774 Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 7pm ET.

I was wondering, do the pressman working on the iGen 5 have to go thru training ny Xerox?

And if so how soon after they start working on the machine?
