Thank you for using the Support Forum. I don't know if they "have" to be trained by Xerox but training is offered. TO ask about training and if it is mandatory and when the training should occur call the iGen information line at 1-800-275-9376 ext. 774 Hours: Mon - Fri, 8am - 7pm ET.
