There appears to be an issue with Chrome starting at version 43.0.2357.65.

 

It also appears to be nearly random, as you can print the same webpage 10 times in a row and it may only happen once.

 

As of this moment, as far as I know, we (Xerox) do not know what is causing it. But it appears to be an issue on the Chrome side going by Googles own bug tracker.

DocuCentre IV 3370 prints intermittent blank pages from Chrome browser

I'm having a problem with a DocuCentre IV 3370 printing random blank pages from Chrome browser. When you select to print from the web page it show fine in the Preview and then just prints as a blank page. Some pages print fine and some not, from the same website.

 

There's multiple PC's printing to the printer, most with same issue, have tried other drivers such as Multi Model Driver with no difference. If I copy and paste the web link into IE it prints fine. 

Like I said have tried with multiple PC's with Chrome so not like it's a corrupt version of Chrome on one machine.

 

Has anyone else had a similar issue??
