Please screenshot and post the actual error, we have no ide what you are trying to troubleshoot.

But if it is one PDF, and not any pdf, just use Print as image and move on with your day.

Hi there, Every time I try and print PDF files I get a print fail message from the priont manager.

Tried updating to latest print drivers and still no go
