About the ROS Assembly, isnt it actually just two on this machine? one for K & C, and one for M & Y?
Or am I badly mistaken?
I was afraid that it was going to be the ROS, but getting your opinion on it helps me make a intelligent decision than just trying to throw parts at it and not knowing if I am wasting time and money. Thank you for your help.:smileyhappy:
Hi Kimzi,
You are right. There are 2 ROS. One is for cyan and black. This symptom starts on the cyan and then, after a period of time also goes to black. Both colors share the same laser but the window where the laser travels is different.

Rui
Ah Interesting.
Thank you for the explanation :)
Hi,
Those are internal test paterns from diagnostic mode (available just for the techs), but you can print them from Corel or something else (CMYK separately at 50-60% coverage) or you can make copies with DADF open choosing at the color output to copy to single color.
