Please take a look at the solution for alignment issues on duplex documents and see if this helps.  As for the other issues please go to the support page for your machine and see if you can find solutions for the issues you are having.  If not please consider contacting your support centre for further assistance.

Doculcolor 8002

Product Name: Other - specify product in post

Anyone using a Xerox Docucolor 8002 with DOCUSP front end and having issues? Here are just a few-

 

alignment- 2nd page off as much as an 1/8in despite being told to center image

Press subsystem faults

proof switch on large cap feed doesn't work

files crash Xerox FreeFlow
