At no point did I say to upgrade the firmware, I already read your initial post.

Load the same firmware but do it the way I stated.

Thank you for your advised!!

I already updated the firmware which i downloaded fron the Xerox Docushare. Firmware successfully updated but when i tried to sent a test page, same result am getting.

Any thing that i can possibly do to get this machine up and running in printing environment.

Perform this with a USB stick
 
Make a folder in the root called DWLD , place the firmware in it
 
Power down the machine, press AND hold 4 and energy button, power on machine, with usb stick in, release the 2 buttons when the machine is in download mode

DC 900 not printing test page after HDD formatted.

The machine problem was if the customer printing loads of print jobs with bypass insertion as cover page the machine making Auto Clear perform soon every 10 sets are printed. So I am thinking maybe has a problem with the HDD. Formatted the HDD by accessing diagnostic mode and pressing the combination buttons. After that the machine now not printing properly instead if you print test page it is printing blank pages with lp written at the upper left side of the paper and it's keep printing one by one not unless you disconnect the CAT cable from the machine.

I also tried to reinstalled the print driver, changed IP address but still occurred. Any suggestion and sol'n please. Much be appreciated.
