Hello I have a Xerox WorkCentre 4265 all-in-one, which is not reading toner or Drum. during calibration the toner and drum percentages appear at 100% but after calibration the percentages are reset to zero. I've already used a toner and a drum from different regions, and from the same region, and the problem persists. I don't know what to do anymore
