Hotfix didn't resolve the problem, hower a new optional update did. (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/march-18-2021-kb5001649-os-builds-19041-870-and-19042-870-...)

Hi, is probably caused by a Windows update..
uninstalled this update today, printing went fine again afterwards. Will test tomorrow if the hotfix also resolves the problem.

Hey! Thanks for the reply, i installed the driver and went through the printer wizard.

it's still doing the same thing.

the info for the driver I installed by your reply is this:

Driver Name: Xerox VersaLink C405 PCL6

Driver Type: Type 3 -User Mode

Driver Version: 5658.300.0.0

The Driver installed before had the same specs so i think it was already installed.

Doesnt print images properly

Jump to solution
Product Name: VersaLink C405 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10

Lately one computer in our office has had trouble printing images. They try to print 4 images per page and some of the images get printed with a thick band of the picture missing, as in there is 1cm from the top of the picture then white space for 8cm and then the bottom part of the picture, no other computers have this problem and it seems to happen for only specific pictures. The drivers are up-to-date, and match driver info from other computers. To print the pictures they just use the windows print window(select pictures from file explorer> right click> print). It seems to me that it could be some kind of translation issue from the computer to the printer but I can't find anything of relevance on the web.

Thanks for the help!20210316_162840.jpg
