But I've been able to set up wireless printing with other computers. Why would this have anything to do with the router?
Hello maddiegg,
If your router is not WPS compliant you may need to set it up manually. Here are all the wireless set up options for your device.
I'm trying to connect my Windows 11 machine wirelessly to my Phaser 3330 (I was able to do this successfully with a mac). When I go to the setup wizard in windows, I get a screen that asks me to input a WPS number and the printer screen reads "Connecting...". I don't have a WPS number. I've tried printing the configuration report for the printer and it's not included in there. I've also tried connecting via IP address and that has not worked either. Please help.
