I have checked the 7800 specs and it should definitely do 12x18. I would recommend contacting the Support Department for more assistance.

Don’t print 12x18in in full after firmware update

Product Name: Phaser 7800
Operating System: Windows 10
After somebody updated the firmware of the machine, it isn’t printing 12x18in size. I have printed many work on this size before and now isn’t working, it takes the paper but just print 1/4 of the actual image leaving the rest of the paper blank
The weir thing is prints 11x17 normally but no the biggest size
Any advice ...
