Dots on prints despite replacing all consumables - machine only 10k clicks since new.

Product Name: Xerox Versant 180 Press
Operating System: Windows 11

Our v180 puts 1 or 2 random dots on sheets.

We have on many occasions changed all consumables, toners, drums. The machine has had about 4 engineer visits since new in March 2021. The machine is supposed to be able to handle 80k clicks a month but ours has done 10k total & we have to throw most of what it prints away due to the above. I've literally had about 700 orders since the install & used 10k clicks to fulfill them.

We only print posters & the above issue means it takes like 20 sheets to get a poster we can actually sell. I will never be able to print anything else like leaflets etc as I have zero faith it's possible for a v180 not to print a random dot or 2 that's not in the artwork.

I have consistently complained about the quality of this machine but now it has got to the point where the machine has drained all of our business savings & am no longer able to pay for a machine that I can barely print on.

Every day I have to print, I just dread it because I'll be looking at prints I can't sell from a printer that took all my savings.

Obviously, this had all had very negative effects on my mental health as I have gone from having a successful business to having no savings, no job & no prospects. I get a sale & shudder at the thought of having to do it. It shouldn't be like that.

I have another engineer visit early next week. I have no faith that anything will improve & just want to leave the print industry. I can't even sell the printer as it required a large team of people & window removal to install.
