Hello, we have a Versant 180, when we print duplex one of the sides is extremely skewed, to the point that we will miss a good chunk of the print and we also have some lines on the other side. I attached a picture to provide a sample of our problem.
The tech has been here for that multiple days. His aligment prints looked Ok, but the moment I sent a job it does the same thing. At this point multiples parts for the copier has been replaced, doesnt matter what size or job I print the get the same results. Any ideas?
