Re: Double sided printing with the banner page / cover sheet feature enabled.

Hi

can you try to uninstall the print driver which you are using "i guess v4" and try this driver "v3"

once you install it

go to printer properties then to advanced then to prining default and then to advanced

JOB ID : Print ID ON Banner Page

and make sure the same settings are applied on  the preferences too !

Double sided printing with the banner page / cover sheet feature enabled.

Product Name: AltaLink C8030 / C8035 / C8045 / C8055 / C8070 Color Multifunction Printer
Operating System: Windows 10 x64

Hello,

i am curious if there is a work around to the issue below:

I Enable banner page*

+

I Enable double sided printing*

Output: printer prints 1st page of my document on the backside of the banner page ( cover-sheet).

what idealy should happen is : banner page prints on side 1 of page 1 , document prints on side 1 of page 2.

the current solution i have in place is to place a blank page seperator inbetwen the banner and page 1 of document, this seems to get the printer to completly seperate the document and the banner page but is very wasful.

Is it possible to accomplish this without a page seperator , there doesnt seem to be any functions to address this both in the web interface and printer interface.

thanks
